What can I expect from the event?
You can expect a technology-driven immersive experience with different rooms that feature familiar childhood games and activities reimagined in the world of Lite-Brite including: interactive artworks, sensory play stations, a life-size arcade, and a 360° immersive theater.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
We recommend you plan for a 60 minute visit.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, unfortunately there is no food or beverage for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking available.
Will there be additional sessions?
Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
No, dress how you feel. The brighter the better!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there is a full gift shop that will feature merchandise from our show and a variety of different Lite Brites.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, we will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, for birthdays, private events, or other celebrations, please email eventsLA@secretlocation.com.
If you would like to purchase general admission tickets for a group of 30 or more, please email groups@feverup.com
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, it is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within a few minutes of your session starting.
Will there be a parking ?
Yes, and all guests can enjoy 90 minutes of complimentary parking at Santa Monica Place.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed, however we do accommodate service animals for guests who require them.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the show is in an accessible venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, we are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, but while there are no strobe lights, there are several light tubes and LED screens employed throughout the experience, which may at times create a similar effect to strobe lights. We would advise erring on the side of caution.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, but this is primarily a walkthrough experience with seating available in select sections throughout the experience.

Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, we encourage you to take photos and videos, and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted
Is there a Lost & Found?
No, however we recommend if you have lost an item to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at support@secretlocation.com
Is coat check available?
No, we do not have a coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
No, all ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Is this safe for infants?
Yes! Kids under the age of 3 receive complimentary admission to the experience. We will also provide headsets for parents who would like to reduce loud noise for their little ones.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, unfortunately this experience does not include an audio guide.
